Refund Policy

Our Money-Back Assurance

Last updated: June 2026

We stand behind our work. For the services covered below, if your application is refused, we refund the fees you paid to Vira Visa — apart from a small number of clearly listed exclusions. This is a refund of our service fees if you are refused; it is not a guarantee that any authority will approve your application, which is always their decision alone.

What's covered, by service

Spain — Non-Lucrative & Digital Nomad
All fees paid to us are refunded
The initial registration (registry) fee
UK — Tourist, Student & Language College
You pay nothing further; fees paid to us are refunded
The UK embassy biometric (fingerprinting) fee
Canada — 5-Year Tourist Visa
You pay nothing — we even cover the embassy biometric (fingerprinting) fee on your behalf
Schengen / EU Visas
All fees paid to us are refunded
The embassy biometric (fingerprinting) fee
Dominica & São Tomé (Citizenship)
Governed by your individual service agreement
Government due-diligence and processing fees are typically non-refundable

How the refund works

  1. Your application receives an official refusal from the relevant authority.
  2. You send us the official refusal notice.
  3. We verify it and process your refund of the covered fees, minus any listed exclusion.
  4. The refund is issued to your original payment method within the timeframe stated in your service agreement.

Conditions

The assurance applies when the refusal is not caused by you — for example providing false or incomplete information, withdrawing your application, missing an interview or deadline, or a travel ban/security issue on your record. Full conditions are set out in your individual service agreement, which always governs in case of any difference.
