How we work
Do you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No — and no honest company can. The final decision is always the government’s. What we promise is honest assessment, careful preparation, and our money-back assurance if you’re refused.
How does the free assessment work?
You tell us your goal; we review your situation and tell you honestly which route fits and what your chances are — at no cost, with no obligation.
What languages do you work in?
Persian, Arabic, and English — across every step.
Do I need to visit your office?
No. We work with clients remotely; most of the process can be handled online and by WhatsApp.
Can you help if I’ve been refused before?
Often, yes — but we’ll tell you honestly. A past refusal needs careful handling, and we’ll assess whether and how to reapply.
The money-back assurance
How does the money-back assurance work?
If your application is refused, we refund the fees you paid us. For most services, the only cost not refunded is the embassy biometric (fingerprinting) fee.
Is there any service where I pay nothing if refused?
Yes — for Canada, if you’re refused, we even cover the government application and biometric fee (around CAD $185). You truly risk nothing.
How does it work for second passports?
Citizenship by investment is different: your main contribution is only made after you’re approved in principle, so your investment isn’t at risk during the decision.
Why don’t you just guarantee approval?
Because no one honestly can — the decision is the government’s. Our assurance shares your financial risk, which is the fairest promise a real company can make.

How much do your services cost?
It depends on the service and your case. The assessment is always free, and we give you a clear, full quote before you commit to anything.
Are there government fees on top?
Yes — most countries charge their own application and biometric fees, separate from our service. We tell you the full picture upfront.
How long do applications take?
It varies: visitor visas often a few weeks; residency and citizenship a few months. Each service page gives a typical timeframe, and we keep you updated.
