Does this guarantee my visa will be approved?

No. No honest company can promise that — the decision belongs to the authorities. We guarantee a refund of our fees if you are refused, which is why we only take cases we believe in.

What exactly do I get back if I'm refused?

The fees you paid Vira Visa, minus the few non-refundable items listed for your service (and for Canada, even those are covered).

What isn't refundable?

Mainly third-party government fees — like the embassy biometric (fingerprinting) fee for UK and Schengen, and Spain's initial registration fee. See the coverage table above.

How do I claim it?

Send us the official refusal notice; we verify it and refund the covered fees to your original payment method.

How long does the refund take?

Within the timeframe set out in your service agreement.

Is the guarantee in writing?

Yes — it is part of the service agreement you sign before we begin.

When does the guarantee not apply?

If the refusal is caused by false/incomplete information, a withdrawn application, a missed interview or deadline, or a ban/security issue on your record.
